Other people may resist your changes, because it’s inconvenient or unfamiliar to them. But you know that it’s the right thing to do, and that these changes will ultimately benefit everyone.
You take charge of your schedule, and you deal with feelings of vulnerability in healthy ways, including putting your spiritual practices into action. It’s about self-care which does have beneficial effects for all of your loved ones in addition to yourself.
