Winter Crystal Reiki Grid
Use water stones or blue/black stones (which represents the water/kidney, urinary bladder color in Feng Shui) in the center of your grid such as opal, pearl, coral, quartz, selenite, obsidian, hematite, sodalite, blue quarts, blue hawk’s eye.
Evoke the other seasons and directions by placing 4 crystal quartz points around the center stone with the points facing away from the center. In between the 4 quartz points you may put 4 complementary stones such as the ones above, which you did not use in the center.
Bless the grid with incenses, herbal sage or sweet grass or simply a prayer for a time of rest and replenishment (which is surely a metaphysical metaphor for our lives) and then allow the grid to do its work.
There are many variations that you can do, put what should always remain constant is your intention!
