Week 5 – Hydration & Pampering
Now that you’ve increased your body movement, make sure you’re aware of your hydration. You should be drinking 6-8 glasses of water.
- Keep water at your desk at all times, and take a plastic bottle with you to work. Keep it full.
- Drink green or herbal teas. At least one or two a day. Keep the sugar low. And try Agave as a sweetener. It’s magnificent.
Keep yourself pampered, you’ve earned it. Try my lavender bath salts in your bath once a week, get more massages, rub yummy creams on yourself and massage it in (circulation). Use your affirmations during this time. Amazing.
