The Spider in the Void
By Lisa Raphael
This morning, as I watched a spider weave her web in front of our kitchen window, I GOT it in a way that was more direct that any inspirational message, philosophy, scientific speculation, guidance or prophecy could express.
She started from where she just happened to land – nothing but empty space around her.
And proceeded to weave, thread by thread, a magnificent web! How did she know where and when to turn around in that space, that void? Who taught her produce the threads, where to place them? There were no gurus in sight to tell her “this is your mission, this way next, turn this way to manifest all that your desire.” Yet she moved with complete certainty, following an invisible path imprinted in her cellular, genetic memory – a deep, inherent knowing her only guide.
We experience the void in deep meditation, when we deliberately release our attachments to the material, or at times in our lives when we are stripped of all that we believed, all that we owned, and everyone we loved. In this tumultuous and challenging year, many of us are or will be facing the void, one way or another. When we remove ourselves from the chaos created by the illusion that anything or anyone else knows how we should weave the threads of our lives, we discover that the directions are right there, deep inside us, within the cellular, unmindful knowing that landed us here at this precise moment in inter galactic history.
Because I have learned to trust that knowing in my life and my relationships, what emerges in any relationship…including transformational holistic healing sessions and inter dimensional communication consultations is a mystery until it manifests. In inter-dimensional communications it manifests through automatic writing. In transformational holistic healing sessions, it comes from the client’s own deep cellular memory.
Like a spider, we need only to connect without inherent, God-given knowing to weave our web into a human design that is uniquely right for us.
