You’ll probably feel a bit defensive today. You’re tired of being mocked for having a sensitive side. Beware of confiding in colleagues or your feeling will be hurt again. If you need to unburden your heart, make a few entries in your journal. These thoughts can be later used for a novel, screenplay, or poem.
Venus is forming a tense square to Neptune right now, which is the reason you’re raw and vulnerable. Even light-hearted jokes feel like stings. Steer clear of abrasive friends and relatives. Wrap yourself in a comforting cocoon of silence. This, too, shall pass.
Looking ahead, we’ll see people taking a more balanced view. All of the sudden, you’ll be able to reason with a relative whose stubborn behavior has been driving you crazy. It’s thanks to Mercury’s entry into logical Gemini.
The Sun is at 23 degrees Taurus, the Moon is in Cancer, Mercury is in Taurus, Venus is in Gemini and Mars is in Taurus. With this combination of planetary energies try to: Work on hardening a soft muscle group. Your own, preferably. Try not to: Fight with your loved one about money. Time is precious, too.
Today’s exact aspects and their keywords are:
- Moon Trine Neptune: Finding the Spirit.
- Venus Square Neptune: Daydreams or Inspiration?
- Moon Trine Saturn: Make a Plan.
- Saturn, Pluto are retrograde.
And finally happy birthday to Stevie Wonder, Robert Pattinson and Dennis Rodman. If it’s your birthday today, the year ahead will involve some reality checks. Stop putting a loved one on a pedestal. When you idealize a person, you’re setting them up for failure. Learn to embrace their weaknesses, as well as their strengths. While you’re at it, be more forgiving toward yourself.
