Confident Jupiter faces off with transformational Pluto today. We may overestimate our abilities to change an old institution. Attempts at reform can fall flat and cause frustration. Instead of pressing the point, it would be wiser to make a strategic retreat. This isn’t a good time to exert pressure on authority figures. In addition, Mercury moves into instinctive Pisces while Venus moves direct in practical Capricorn. This is a marvelous time to make career plans. We can trust one’s intuition about which kinds of work will bring the greatest satisfaction. Conventional wisdom won’t play much of a role in our decisions. Looking ahead, it would be wise to keep our feelings to ourselves. Expressing frustration at work could lead to an unceremonious dismissal. We need to find a healthier outlet for anger. The Sun is at 11 degrees Aquarius, the Moon is in Aquarius, Mercury is in Pisces, Venus is in Capricorn and Mars is in Libra. With this combination of planetary energies try to: make a date with yourself, and don’t be cheap. You’re so worth it. Try not to: rush into a marriage proposal. Take time to think about it. Today’s exact aspects and their keywords are:
- Jupiter Opposite Pluto: Mine, Mine, Mine!.
- Moon Square Saturn: Critical Inflexible.
- Moon Conjunct Mercury: People Are Talking.
- Moon Trine Mars: Fireworks.
- Venus, Jupiter are retrograde.
And finally happy birthday to Justin Timberlake, Portia de Rossi and Minnie Driver. If you’re celebrating your birthday today, you should steer clear of dogma. Developing your own philosophy of life will prove liberating. This could also be a good year for career advancement in a creative field. – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + – + –
