Saturn in Scorpio in the 4th house.

Earth Grand Trine:
Moon in Virgo in the 2nd house.
Pluto in Capricorn in the 5th house.
The Sun in Taurus in the 10th house.

The combination of these two Grand Trines signals a harmonious unification of physical, 3d reality with the internal, emotional world and allows for massive growth potential.
