Lilou Macé – Consciousness Goes “Juicy”
Lilou Macé is a French-American author, WebTV host and international Internet video blogger since 2005 with over 12-million video views and the co-founder of a global Internet community, the 100-Day Reality Challenge www.CoCreatingOurReality.com. Lilou is now travelling around the world interviewing people to offer online everyday inspiration on the Juicy Living Tour.
Lilou Macé is an entrepreneur, inspirational author, and web sensation. Her first venture was starting her own internet marketing company. Since then, she has gone on to write books, start her own publishing company, travel the globe interviewing New York Times bestselling authors, and meet some really inspiring people along the way.
Lilou is also the co-founder of an online community called “Co-Creating Our Reality: 100-Day Reality Challenge.” As of 2011, the community has 7000+ members in 140 countries worldwide. Initially inspired by Oprah, Lilou began producing her own inspirational TV show in November of 2006. Originally called My Juicy Life, and later titled Live a Juicy Life, the show follows Lilou as she interviews the authors of motivational, spiritual, and self-help books; a practice she still continues on her YouTube channel. Lilou believes that we can fulfill our life potential and manifest our dreams by focusing our thoughts on what we want, listening to heart, love ourselves, be courageous, playing big and applying juicy insights, tools and practices which she shares daily on video. Her mission statement indicates that she aims, amongst other things, to “inspire millions of people to explore their unlimited potential and make spirituality an everyday thing”.
In April 2009 she self-published ‘I Lost My Job and I Liked It: 30-Day Law-of-Attraction Diary of a Dream Job Seeker’ after losing her job on the 16th of February 2009, as Internet Marketing Director, in London, England.
Lilou’s Youtube videos (over 1,700 videos with over 12-million views) document her participation in life: on her 12-month around the world Juicy Living Tour and the 100-Day Reality Challenge, as well as features world famous authors, speakers, artists, entrepreneurs that Lilou qualify as ‘Juicy’. These guests present their thoughts and message in a fun, educational and inspiring format.
Her international guests includes Dr Wayne Dyer, Neal Donald Walsh, Gary Zukav, Don Miguel Ruiz, Dr Joe Dispenza, Dr Carl Calleman, James Redfield, Caroline Myss, Julia Cameron, Barbara Marx Hubbard, John Gray, Sonia Choquette, Mooji, Pr Bill Tiller, Dr Joan Borysenko, Dr John Demartini, Barbara Marx Hubbard, and many others.
In 2006, Lilou started to video-blog on YouTube. Since its establishment her channel there has become increasingly popular, for example, her video Quick and Effective guided visualization” has clocked over 150,000 views and, and Using the Law of Attraction to meet Oprah Winfrey” over 120,000.
Lilou met Oprah Winfrey shortly after moving to Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. On the 9th of November 2006, Lilou Mace was in the audience of the Oprah Show on the theme of “Dream Jobs”. She claimed to have used her manifestation techniques to attract last-minute tickets to the show and to meet Oprah Winfrey, which, after the show, she did. Lilou states that this experience changed her life, making her more determined to live her dreams, and host one day her own morning TV show and empower millions daily.
She details her experiences meeting Oprah (four times, including at the premier of The Secret) and other big names, such as Jack Canfield and Rhonda Byrne in her YouTube video playlist “Meeting Oprah Winfrey: from dream to reality”.
A few months later, with no television or broadcasting background, Lilou went on to produce and host a cable TV show called “My Juicy Life”.
She states:
“Inspired by Oprah, I started on CAN TV, public access TV, free for all Chicagoans. I put together a team of volunteers and starting airing in January 2007 the first episodes of “My Juicy Life” which then become “Live a Juicy Life” aimed at inspiring people to fully live their purpose and passions in life, to ‘live a juicy life’ as I like to call it.
I HAD NO MONEY AND I LIKED IT
With The Abundant Journey of an Open Heart, Lilou Macé made her debut as a published author in 2009 with I Lost My Job and I Liked It (A 30-Day Law-of-Attraction Diary of a Dream Job Seeker). Bringing a book into existence about manifesting the life of her dreams little more than a month after finding herself thrust into an unemployment free fall, sent a clear and powerful message to the Universe: Lilou Macé was a woman on a mission!
At the close of her first book, Lilou shared her feelings of being “…on top of the mountain.” In the continuation of her story, I Had No Money and I Liked It (The Abundant Journey of an Open Heart), she soon discovers that she had merely reached a plateau. A steeper and far more rigorous climb beckoned. It would take further courage, determination and resilience to continue her ascent to the “mountain top”. It would also take her willingness to open her heart and, in making herself emotionally vulnerable, allow loving abundance in.
The Universe meets Lilou with a startling number of humbling detours and hopeful synchronicities on her path to self-realization. Yet it is ultimately her own unshakeable faith in the rightness of her life purpose and the inspired actions she takes to fully realize her dreams, which enables her to embrace the promise of light, even in her darkest moments.
I Had No Money and I Liked It (The Abundant Journey of an Open Heart) doesn’t sugar-coat the unpredictable obstacles that one confronts when taking a leap of faith, nor does it pretend to be the perfect roadmap forward for everyone. But what it does do is celebrate the ecstatic, life affirming joy that comes from following the calling of your deepest heart, learning how to stay in the flow of unlimited possibilities and opening yourself up to the miracles that await you if you simply trust yourself, trust the Universe… breathe, allow and believe.
