This card reminds us to love others and ourselves. One is not more important than the other. We are all worthy of love, and this includes self-love.

When we give to others, we are expressing our love to them. When we receive aid, guidance or even gifts from others, we are accepting the love that they have given to us. It is important to remember that there is a give and take exchange in all healthy, loving relationships.

Ask yourself how you can show more love to yourself and to others everyday. This does not need include some grand expression of acceptance or praise. It can be something small, like giving a compliment, showing compassion, or forking the lunch bill for a colleague.
