Today we are using the Chakra Insight Oracle deck to tune into our Throat Chakra. The Throat Chakra is associated with:

*   Communication

*   Expression

*   Creativity

Today’s card is “Sound.”

Many of us express ourselves through sound and vibrations. We sing along to our favorite songs on the radio, and we express our joy and anger through our words.

It is so important that we use our words wisely, because our words go out into the Universe and manifest the very energy we speak of. So when you are singing along to songs on the radio, take note (pun intended) of the type of vibration you are putting out into the energy field.

Are the words in the song happy, cheerful, compassionate or comforting? Or do they reflect an energy that is dark, depressing, angry, hateful or vengeful?

If you wouldn’t say the words out loud, then why sing them?

So your mission today is to focus on your throat chakra while saying and singing good things. Use your voice and your ability to express yourself by putting good intentions out into the universe. Remember, what you give comes back to you, so give out lots of good stuff! 🙂
