Wednesday, April 9th: The Moon continues her transit through the sign of the heart and individuation, Leo. She makes a number of helpful aspects throughout the day enhancing our connections to innovation and friendships (trine to Uranus a little before 8 a.m. EDT), owning our emotional desires and assertive abilities (sextile to Mars a bit after 7:00 p.m.) and the congruency of our assertive self with our feeling/emotional self (trine to the Sun at 10:30 p.m. EDT).
On THURSDAY the Moon in Leo goes VOID at 2:26 a.m. EDT and remains in VOID status until 6:08 p.m. EDT. Personally, I enjoy VOID Moons – a time when we are not receiving much external stimulation and when we feel we have the “space” in our day to process our own emotional content and experience. Sometimes life moves along too swiftly to “be with” our feelings and sensory stimuli. Moon VOID are not helpful when we are seeking decisive action from others and developments in the externals. The Moon does make a square to Saturn suggesting there IS some need to ponder our sense of obligation, restriction, family issues/concerns and commitments
Luna then transits into discerning, critical, helpful, and health conscious Virgo, an earth sign, at 6:08 p.m.
