Go through your closets, pantry, fridge and cupboards. Throw out any items that are going to get you off track, clothing that you don’t wear, and food’s that are bad or old (fattening) and organize your cupboards. Pick a project a weekend over the next four weeks. You’ll be amazing what a good cleansing of old items does for the soul.
